At Pennsylvania Body and Frame, we have been repairing precision-crafted vehicles since 1986. We restore all types of vehicles, from the smallest sports coupes to the largest SUVs. Workmanship
All of our technicians are I-CAR 3000 trained and ASE Certified. Pennsylvania Body and Frame is an I-CAR Gold Class Repair Facility and an ASA member. This assures you that our organization has achieved a high level of technical training in collision repair. And our technicians participate in ongoing training to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry and understand the unique needs of your vehicle.

Business Hours
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. If we cannot accommodate your needs during regular business hours, please don't hesitate to ask for special arrangements. Early morning and late evening drop off is available for your convenience.

Code of Ethics
As a member of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) we endorse and strive to follow these guidelines:

  • Conduct all business practices in a lawful and professional manner.
  • Recommend only proper collision repair procedures and explain to the customer why these are required to correct the collision damage.
  • Offer the customer a price estimate for the work to be performed.
  • Obtain prior authorization for all work, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer.
  • Notify customer if promised appointments or completion dates cannot be kept.
  • Furnish an itemized list for all parts and services, priced fairly, which identifies any used or re-manufactured parts.
  • Excercise reasonable care of the customer’s property while it is being repaired.
  • Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer’s complaints.
  • Cooperate with all established consumer complaint mediation activities.
  • Maintain a high quality level of collision repair.
  • Cooperate in a good business manner with insurance company representatives and make a sincere effort to provide available and affordable service to the motoring public.
